I’ve been speaking with Diane since October of 2020, working through being a child of a traumatic divorce with a very complicated family dynamic resulting in C-PTSD. She always listens and never judges, giving unbiased views and new ways of seeing a situation to help me work through it.

There’s been many points in the last 5 years that Diane has been the only safe person I could turn too, she always does her very best to speak with me if I need her and I cannot thank her enough.

Throughout the years, we’ve gone from having a session once a week, to now once a month. It finally feels like after all these sessions, bit by bit working through each stage, I am seeing the results. It doesn’t matter if we go over the same topic over and over again, she never makes me feel like I should just “get over it” and she has an unbelievable amount of patience.

I feel my words aren’t giving Diane the true light that she deserves, and all I can say is that if you’re a young person dealing with any type of anxiety, depression, PTSD, family or parental issues then give her a call. Thank you Di x
