Just wanted to say thank you again for your time yesterday. Everything you have always said and suggested has always been correct and powerful. Like pieces of a jigsaw you always give me. Sometimes you haven’t got enough of the jigsaw put together yet to slot those pieces in place even though you really want them in and quick! But I hold on to them always and they always do fit in the end when I’ve done a bit of building up around them. It helps solidify my belief of how toxic this has been, which I really don’t feel I understood until the last weeks. Your 10 minutes yesterday was very kind and helped me stay in truth and not questions myself to accommodate his form of manipulation which kept me in darkness- I allow his gaslighting and manipulation to think I’ve put the wrong pieces down and start taking them out and moving them around when they were correct and getting them jumbled so it slows the picture back down. I am feeling stronger each day. I know you are aware of all this but I wanted to say how it feels to me and to say thanks for all you do, it is very appreciated.
