How could training benefit your business?
Companies now have a duty of care under the 2010 act to take care of their staff Men tan Health. It is difficult to retain good staff today - people move on in they do not feel values and motivated. Stressed staff can also cost you money. If you invest in offering your staff support when they need it, you will be repaid in a quicker return to work programme an loyalty from employees who feel valued by their employer.
Fleet Hire Solihull:
"Fleet Hire Limited, in its role as a responsible employer, implemented a stress management policy into its business in 2010 in order to minimize the risk of stress arising in its work place due to job related issues. I am very pleased to say that with Di Pulley help there exists now a structured and robust stress management facilitation service which, using various stress management tools, has improved employee satisfaction, endeared a more collaborative approach to issue resolution and created a business environment that encourages reciprocal clear, varied and open lines of communication for staff at every level. Our objective is a ‘prevention’ rather than ‘cure’ approach to stress issues and Di Pulley skills have acted as an effective enabler to meeting these objectives. I would not hesitate in recommending her services."
