Having referred an employee to Diane who had suffered a major trauma, the guidance and counselling received in such a short period of time has been outstanding. I never would have thought it possible. Having never had to use a counselling service before it is so very re assuring to now know that my employee feels safe and very comfortable with Diane and so very very positive with their progress.
