On Tuesday a colleague remarked to me that it was only really me that seemed to be particularly positive and wanted to know what pills I was taking. At the time it didn't really occur to me what she had said, but later I recalled that when I first met you I said that I had hoped that at some point in the future someone would remark on my more positive attitude and behaviour and that when this happened I'd know that I had made progress.
