Mid Life Crisis


Is there such a thing as a mid life crisis, NO there is not.

What this is is basically your body closing you down in way shape or form as you are not listening to it.

We abuse our bodies all of the time with alcohol, lack of nutrients, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, too much stress in our lives and yet we still expect our bodies to function at their optimum all of the time.

Well after a period of time they refuse to, so if you do not take care of your body and listen to it, it makes you. You can experience ill health from a bad back to joint aches to stroke or heart attack, this is basically your body saying you have not listened to me for forty years so now I will make you as I cannot carry on being abused.
