What is self care?

Most of us are not taught self care at school or by our parents we are taught more about how to take care of others. Well as we grow into adulthood we need to be able to take care of ourselves. If we are unable to nurture ourselves then we are unable to look after others.

Do at least two nice things for yourself each day, they may only have to be for five minutes, the message behind this is you are worth it!
