Should I contact a counsellor or Life Coach and seek help?

This is the question may people struggle with before they finally come to TLC Partners.

If you leg was broken or you had a serious illness would you contact you G.P and then go to hospital to rectify the situation. Most people will answer yes to this. So what stops you from seeking support for one of your most vital asset your mind. Many people see counselling as a sign of weakness. I will offer you that is is the very brave that come through the door and acknowledge they need help in order to move forward with there lives.
