Suicidal thoughts

“Working with Di has been an amazing journey, I feel at welcomed and at ease from the very first session! I started seeing her because I was feeling depressed/suicidal and at an all time low…8 sessions later and I have a renewed lust for life and can see a bright future ahead of me! Di, I can’t thank you enough for all your support and guidance!”

When a client is experiencing suicidal thoughts they are in a very dark place and often feel there is no sense of purpose.

When they enter into therapy if given the core conditions, of confidentiality, empathy and feeling truly heard they are able explore their inner world.

When this client initially came to see me she had lost all sense of purpose and truly struggled to motivate herself to take each step, each day.

It is a joy to read her review above, as through the process she now has a “new lust for life”.

I truly feel very privileged to have shared that journey with her and entered her world.
