The Advice I Didn’t Know I Needed

The support you need at the beginning of your journey isn’t always the support you need next.

When we first started working together, what she needed was someone completely separate from her situation — someone unbiased who could help her understand what was happening in her personal life and begin moving forward.

But as things changed, so did our work together.

As her personal situation improved and she began building her own business, our sessions naturally evolved from therapeutic support into coaching, personal development and conversations about business.

She describes them as the “little golden nuggets” she took away from our sessions.

Sometimes she used them immediately. Sometimes they sat quietly in the background until, months later, a challenge appeared and something we’d discussed suddenly became exactly what she needed.

That is something I believe strongly in.

You are not a collection of separate problems to be fixed.

Your emotional wellbeing, confidence, relationships, working patterns, ambitions and business life all influence one another.

At NeurA+, I work with the whole person. And as your needs change, the work we do together changes with you.

If you’re successful on paper but know something needs to change — personally, professionally, or both — we can start with a conversation.
