The Strategy That Changed My Business

What can happen when confidence, strategy and the right support come together?

When we first started working together, she was creating pet commissions for around £100 each.

She had the talent. What she needed was the confidence to think bigger, alongside a strategy that could turn that talent into a sustainable business.

We worked together as her ideas developed, her confidence grew and she began making different decisions about how she positioned herself and her work.

Just over a year after starting her business, she achieved an incredible milestone:

£18,000 turnover in a single month.

As she says herself, not every month looked like that — and building a business is rarely a straight line.

But that month showed her what was possible.

For me, this is why working with the whole person matters.

You can have the strategy, skills and opportunities in front of you, but if self-doubt, overwhelm, fear or old patterns are influencing your decisions, they can quietly limit what you allow yourself to pursue.

At NeurA+, we look beyond business performance alone. We work on the person behind the performance — because when you change how you think, respond and operate, it can change what becomes possible professionally too.

And ultimately, as I say to her in this video, the achievement is hers. She did the hard work.

If you know you’re capable of more but something is holding you back, book a free discovery call and let’s talk.
