What’s the Worst That Can Happen?

Sometimes the biggest change starts with one question:

“What’s the worst that can happen?”

When we first started working together, she was in a job that ticked the boxes — but she knew it wasn’t where she wanted to be.

Before we focused on her career, we focused on her.

We worked on understanding herself, building confidence and recognising the patterns that were keeping her stuck. Then, gradually, we began looking at what she really wanted from her working life.

There wasn’t one dramatic masterplan. We built it step by step.

Eventually, she reached the point where she had the confidence to leave her job and give her own creative business a real chance.

Three years later, she’s still growing, experimenting and pushing herself outside her comfort zone.

And when fear creeps in — as it does for all of us — she still comes back to something we worked on together:

“What’s the worst that can happen?”

Because confidence isn’t about knowing everything will work out.

It’s about trusting yourself enough to know that, whatever happens, you’ll find a way forward.
