Working Professionals: Becoming Successful in all Area’s of your Life

professional

Why are some people more successful in certain areas of their lives compared to others?

Maybe you know a very successful woman in business whose home life or relationships are a disaster?

Maybe you’re successful in business but struggle at home, presenting a perfect home life too as you don’t want to admit failure?

I have worked with very successful business men and women who have achieved and reached the top of their profession, but this often comes at a cost; a cost to themselves, their health, their marriage and losing time with their children.

I can speak from my own personal experience and journey. I became so burnt out I developed M.E. It was my body saying “you’re not taking care of me so I am going to close you down.”

Often, because you can manage and control the one area of your life you’re good at, you focus all of you energies into that one area. This is because you feel out of control in the other areas, so you avoid working on them.

Your relationships may not be functioning so you work on your career to avoid them. Maybe you have previous failed relationships and you may fear failing again so you don’t want to commit to another relationship. You may believe it’s safer to stay on your own and focus on what you’re are good at…….. Work!

This does not have to be the case as you can have both.

I can help you to realign and rebalance your life in order to find fulfilment and achievement in all areas, including work and your private life.

Change can be scary and change can be hard but, if you look at what you have achieved in the one area and identify how good that would be to also have that sense of accomplishment in all the other areas, too, it’ll be worth it.
