Three Amazing Women

SO….. I want to tell you about three amazing women who are all unique individuals but all similar in one way. Now you may ask in what way is that:

They have finally found their worth, their power and their ability to believe in themselves.

Now this is not some miracle that has happened, a magic wand has not been waved in our coaching sessions. Basically they have worked hard showed up every session and done the hard work and when I say the work…. I mean the work on themselves.

If you believe you have no limitations and take the blocks and obstacles to success out, you will achieve. The only person that gets in the way of that is you.

So my first client has landed the job of her dreams, where not only has she attained a salary she did not initially feel worthy of, but more importantly it is in a sector she knows she can make a difference to, within an organisation whose beliefs are aligned with her own, amazing.

The second one has too attained a job working for an organisation whose passion and drive to effect change, is aligned with her dreams and aspirations for the future. Twelve months ago they could never have believed this possible as they felt lacking in self-worth and did not believe they had the ability/skill set to attain such a role.

And finally the third highly amazing woman has launched her own business this week, in an industry she is passionate about and knows can add value to her clients well-being. She currently has a very successful corporate job, with a very lucrative package. However this is a lifestyle choice, she wants the freedom and flexibility to make the choices, as to when she exercises, goes to the beach and meets friends and in turn when she chooses to work.

We don’t all make career moves based on what is best for us at the time.

The clients I work with have to recognise what they are passionate about and what in turn, within their lives is important to them. They have to be accountable for their actions and choices and recognise when their behaviour is sabotaging them achieving those goals.

Dream high and achieve high…… don’t let you get in the way of your success
