Well our emotional well being is very linked to our physical well being basically you cannot have one working well without the other.
When clients come to me and are feeling depressed, often on medication or stressed again on medication. I always look at their diet and there water intake in order to be emotionally and physically well you have to be very aware of what you put into your body. Any chemicals wether that be junk food, smoke, or medication are something our bodies struggle with they are not designed to break these chemicals down.
